No. Seeing what you qualify for is a soft check with both Shop Pay and PayPal, so it won't touch your score. Once you're on an active plan it works like any other bill. Pay on time and you're fine.

The four-payment plans are. You pay the sticker price, split in four. Longer monthly plans can carry interest depending on the term and your approval, and you see the full schedule, interest included, before you agree to anything.

The lender decides, not us. Shop Pay Installments runs through Affirm; PayPal makes its own call on PayPal Credit and Pay Later. We never see your financial details. All we see is that the order's paid.
